Model A Pressure Plate (New) 1928-1934 | A-7563-X

$398.00

Restore smooth and reliable clutch operation with this new Pressure Plate (A-7563-X) for 1928-1934 Ford Model A vehicles. Manufactured as a direct replacement for the original unit, this pressure plate provides the clamping force needed for positive clutch engagement and dependable power transfer.

Unlike rebuilt units, this is a completely new assembly, making it an excellent choice during clutch replacements or complete engine and transmission restorations. No core exchange is required.

For optimum performance, the clutch adjusting fingers must be set after the pressure plate and clutch disc have been installed on the flywheel. Installation instructions are included, covering flywheel inspection, clutch disc installation and the final finger height adjustment required for correct clutch operation. The instructions specify checking the flywheel step before installation, tightening the pressure plate evenly, and adjusting the fingers to 5/8" below the top surface for proper clutch performance.

Built to original specifications for proper fit and reliable operation, this pressure plate is ideal for restorations, engine rebuilds and routine clutch replacement on Model A Fords.
