These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Yesteryear Garage & Parts website.

Yesteryear Garage & Parts is operated by Our Vision Pty Ltd (ABN 87 085 889 845).

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to below.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing and availability information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur. Product images are illustrative and the appearance of a product may vary slightly from photographs displayed on the website.

Products displayed as available may become unavailable before an order is processed. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

Product suitability

Many of the products we sell are replacement parts for older vehicles, and variations may exist between vehicle models, production dates and previous modifications.

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended application. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where goods have been incorrectly described, are faulty or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and GST

All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Shipping and any other applicable charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred and we contact you before fulfilling the order.

Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Delivery

We currently deliver website orders within Australia only.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your delivery details.

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or any other Yesteryear Garage & Parts policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Change-of-mind returns

We are not required to provide a refund or exchange because you change your mind or order the wrong product.

We may agree to accept a return or exchange in these circumstances at our discretion. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us before returning any product.
